Staff of Multimedia and key personalities, including Deputy Information Minister James Agyenim Boateng and Principal Public Relations Officer at the Electoral Commission Sylvia Annor treated patrons to a glorious night of melodious Christmas hymns and lessons at the Joy FM Carols Night.
It was the ever powerful Soul Winners, who got patrons dancing with some of their delectable tunes and soon it was the turn of Mrs Sylvia Annor.
With the able assistance of lawyer Ace Ankomah who caressed the keyboard, the EC official served a soothing Christmas carol and got lots of applause from the crowd.
She was not only proficient in explaining election related issues but was pretty efficient in singing too.
Then came the Multimedia staff. The Joy Choir attempted two Christmas carols and gave a fairly good account of themselves. The Adom Choir was super whilst the Multi TV choir put up an average performance.
The Asempa choir added humour to the night of bliss with their discordant voices and side splitting dances.
Danny Netty upped the game with his soothing voice which saw patrons singing, tapping their feet and snapping their fingers to his songs.
It was time for Jesus to be born again and Virgin Mary Araba Koomson, Joseph DJ Black and Angel Gabriel Nii Akrofi Smart Abbey were on hand with a short but memorable nativity play.
The lighting was great, the stage immaculate but sound was a bit of a challenge.
The CEO of Fairgreen Gifty Boahene, Angela Dwamena Aboagye, Executive Director of the ARK Foundation, Jane Gyekye, Multimedia Group HR Head, and BBC's Akwasi Sarpong all gave their Christmas Lessons.
